We don’t just create highly functional spaces, we are a highly functional team. Thanks to time-tested partnerships with a small network of skilled tradesmen, we provide access to all of the building services that you require. That includes electricity and gas specialists, plumbers, carpenters and surveyors. All overseen by one of our expert project managers to make sure each stage of development goes smoothly. And to give you total peace of mind that your new space is safe, all work is signed off by an independent building control company. Genco Build is also the preferred installer for luxury furniture and interiors manufacturer L’unico.
